As you begin this training and using the podcast workouts, you will hear me mention a diet program that compliments the workout assignments. This program is called “Fat Loss for Idiots“. It’s not my personal design, but I have an affiliate relationship with the creator and, having used it myself, I feel like it is a perfect compliment to these workouts.
Now I will be the first to admit that when you visit the sales page for Fat Loss for Idiots, it will look a little bit goofy, but don’t let that stop you from exploring the material. This is a very simple weight loss program, and it is extremely effective.
I wouldn’t risk my reputation or my relationship with you if I didn’t believe in the merits of this program and I endorse it without hesitation for two reasons:
- I’ve used it myself and seen very fast results.
- I’ve seen very few other “diet” programs that are this simple to follow and merge well with an exercise program.
This is not a “magic pill” solution, but it’s not a “starve yourself” program either. It applies a very simple, common sense strategy towards diet and exercise that anyone can follow, and you will absolutely get good results if you follow it.
